I have been in the generator business since 2000 and have a huge amount of knowledge on various types of generators and installations, from old analogue systems to fully intergrated electronic modules.

The company makes use of a qualified generator technician (N4 Qualified), a Red Seal Mechanic and a qualified electrician.

We work a wide area in the Western Cape from Plettenberg Bay to Three Sisters to Springbok.

Please note : We do charge travelling per km's.

About Us
I am a sole proprietary company that service, repair, maintain and rebuild generators and control panels to the latest specifications. I do make use of an independent qualified mechanic and an independent qualified electrician where necessary and needed.

We use Intelli, Lovato Smartgen and DSE diesel engine AMF controllers but can work on various others.
​
Work have done work on Robben Eiland Power Station for three years and various Government stand-by generators (165) for more than 3 years. Worked for 16 years in the film industry maintaining 18 generators. Currnently have various petrol stations, big import/export container yard and a few government generators. We also see to 7 Health Failities.

Our Services
Full service of all types of generators - 10 kVa and bigger. Service every 250 hours/1 year.
We do a check-up on all generators every 4 months to ensure efficiency and reliability at a nominal fee.
Rebuild of control panels to latest specifications.
Maintain generators and control panels.
Repairs to injector pumps, injectors, engine alternators, starter motors, radiators, generators and engine rebuilds.
Reprogram engine controllers where needed to compensate for worn engine and generator parts to maintain efficiency.
